We do not sign plans per say but give approval via e-mail and all Cities we service within Ada and Canyon County are aware of this and agree to it.
Per Republic Services all dimensions and requirements per attached plans meet the criteria needed and are approved per plans.

Are you able to help me with the below Trash Enclosure submittals? I haven’t received a single response and have sent several trash enclosure requests and follow-up emails. I’m new to
the planner role and new to the area so I’m worried I’m not doing it right. I know they were supposed to be sent to Bruce Smith and the others were people our company has submitted
to in the past as well. On the new CZC checklist it now lists you as well. I’m hoping you can help.

it looks like the following requests are pending your approval:

I’m new to the area so please tell me if this is the appropriate way to submit requests and follow up on them. I don’t want to be a nuisance but I also want to do proper follow-up.
