Thank you for the reminder.
From the drawings it looks like there will be a detached sidewalk along Lost Rapids. The transit infrastructure we
would request would be a 10 foot section of concrete (from the end of the radius and parallel to the roadway) that
would connect the sidewalk to the curb (see image below).
It also appears that the sidewalk that connects of each residence is not connected to the sidewalk on Lost
Rapids. We would request that there be a sidewalk connection between the internal and external sidewalks — not
shown. This would avoid pedestrians and people in wheelchairs from walking or riding in the travel lane to access
the sidewalk on Lost Rapids Dr.
