Good Morning Stephanie,
I am going to attach the enclosure and approach requirements for all of Ada and Canyon County. The one concern I
see is the enclosure up by building F looks like we would be backing a really long ways to an exit. We try to back as
little as possible especially in heavy residential areas. Another question would be is there going to be awnings over
the parking spots? Awnings usually extend past the end of the parking spot and limit the turning radius of our trucks.
As far as the locations they look good except the one by building F.
Thanks
Jay

Hi James and Bruce,
We're working on a certificate of zoning compliance and design review for the Lost Rapids Apartments and
Townhomes located near the southwest corner of Chinden and Ten Mile. When one of you gets the chance could
you please review and verify that our proposed trash enclosure locations work okay? The attached site plan does not
include an access point that will be added at the northeast part of the site between Buildings H and I. That driveway
will provide an additional access point to the north -south driveway that extends into the Costco site and to Lost
Rapids.
Please let me know if you have any questions/comments.
Thank you,
Stephanie Leonard
