I discussed this with Bill and we feel the intent of the requirement (UDC 11-4-3-27E) does not apply in this case since
the front of the structures aren't visible from the public street so you can disregard this requirement.
Please submit a copy of this email with your CZC application for reference for the Planner reviewing the project.

Hi Sonya,
I am trying to bring lawn to the patios and make the space more usable to tenants at Lost Rapids. With the fence
and the berm, will I still be required to install a 3' bed along the foundation w/ (3) evergreen shrubs per LF? You
won't be able to see the foundation from the roadway with the fence and berm. See image below.
I would rather show it right from the get go vs. change it after the fact.
