Hope you're doing well! I'm working on a CUP submittal package for the Lost Rapids Multi -family project near the
SWC of Ten Mile and Chinden. I think the TIS that was done for the Lost Rapids (Costco and MF) AZ, CPAM, PP, &
VAR probably suffices for this CUP but just wanted to verify :).
