3. FY 2021 Budget Request for Impact Fee Study Update
a. Todd Lavoie presented FY2021 Budget Requests using Impact Fees

2. Vehicle for new Fire Inspector

4. Fire Ladder Truck
5. Police Station NW Precinct

b. Discussions were had on when to begin new Impact Fee Study
i. Steve Siddoway recommend Committee to wait to begin new Impact
Fee Study until Parks can complete the bid of Discovery Park Phase 2.
This is largely due to the reduction of Level of Service calculations.
ii. Committee would like additional information prior to making the
decision on when to start new Impact Fee Study
iii. Staff to share Level of Service calculations with Committee
iv. Fire and Police Departments to provide comments regarding timing of
new Impact Fee Study
4. Parks Department Project Update
