RE: FAIRBOURNE SUBDIVISION NO. 3 — Final Plat
Dear Caleb Hood:
Enclosed is the final plat application for Fairbourne Subdivision No. 1. This phase consists of sixty-five
(65) single family lots and eight (8) common lots with 2.54 acres of qualified open space. The preliminary
plat was approved on September 4, 2018. The approved application number is H-2018-0052 RZ, PP,
MDA and the recorded Development Agreement Instrument is #2018-098361. Phase 2 was recorded on
August 24, 2020 (instrument #2020-108977).
The Fairbourne Subdivision No. 3 final plat is in conformance with; (1) the approved preliminary plat and
meets the requirements and conditions thereof; (2) the applicable requirements and provisions of the
UDC; and (3) the acceptable engineering, surveying, architectural practices and local standards. All
required amenities are being installed as part of phase 1 and 2 improvements.
