Broadway, Suite 102 Meridian, Idaho 83642 Re: Fairbourne Subdivision No. 3 – Groundwater Certification To whom it may concern, This letter is to state that no groundwater was observed within three feet (3’) of the finished centerline of the roads designed in the above referenced subdivision. A geotechnical investigation was conducted for the subject property by Materials Testing & Inspection (MTI) in November of 2017. A report was prepared by MTI, sealed by Elizabeth Brown, PE on 11/13/2017. The report states that no evidence of groundwater was found or is expected above a depth of 12 feet on the property.
