A geotechnical investigation was conducted for the subject property by Materials Testing & Inspection (MTI) in November of 2017. A report was prepared by MTI, sealed by Elizabeth Brown, PE on 11/13/2017. The report states that no evidence of groundwater was found or is expected above a depth of 12 feet on the property.
