Dear Ms. Allen:
Lynx Investments LLLP, High Desert Development Linder Village, LLC and Winco Foods, LLC, requests
approval of the Final Plat for Linder Village Centre Subdivision. The Final Plat consists of 19 lots which
include 17 commercial and two (2) residential lots on 78.13 acres. Linder Village Centre Subdivision is
located at the Southeast corner of Chinden Boulevard and Linder Road.
The property was originally annexed and zoned in 2019 (AZ-2017-0088) with a Preliminary Plat approved
concurrently in 2019 (PP-2017-0088); a Development Agreement was approved as a condition of
annexation and recorded April 10, 2019, as Instrument No. 2019-028376.
The Final Plat for Linder Village Subdivision is in conformance with the approved Preliminary Plat and
meets all requirements or conditions thereof. Furthermore, the Final Plat is in conformance with
applicable requirements and provisions of the UDC and was prepared in conformance with acceptable
engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards.
