For all property in which East Broadway Investment Company, LLC, an Idaho limited
liability company, has an interest pursuant to its Agreement for Release and Purchase of Interest
and Improvements, effective on or about October 28, 2019 with Union Pacific Railroad
Company, a Delaware corporation, I grant my permission to Galena Opportunity, Inc., an Idaho
corporation, to submit the accompanying application on behalf of East Broadway Investment
Company, LLC for Vacation of Rights of Way adjacent to that property.
