Attached to this letter is an application for a preliminary plat for the above referenced project.
The property is located on the southwest corner of Ustick Rd & Eagle Rd. This application includes parcel
S1105110025 for a total of 3.292 acres(blue area below).This property is currently in the City of Meridian
and is zoned General Commercial C-G.The Future Land Use Map designation is Mixed Use Regional.
