B.M.,Ada County, Idaho and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a found brass cap marking the Southeast corner of said Section 8,which bears
N89°54'35"W a distance of 2,571.03 feet from a found brass cap marking the South 1/4 corner of said
Section 8;
Thence following the southerly line of said Southeast 1/4, N89°5435"W a distance of 1,171.19 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence following said southerly line, N89054'35"W a distance of 152.04 feet;
Thence leaving said southerly line, N00°12'38"E a distance of 290.38 feet to a found 1/2-inch rebar on
