We are currently working on an annexation and zoning application to the City of Meridian for property
located at 2810 East Franklin Road which is depicted on the enclosed vicinity map. As shown on the
enclosed exhibit, the anticipated development plan is to expand upon an existing building for flex and
warehouse space.
This letter is notice of an opportunity to review and discuss the project as required by City Code; however,
this is not a public hearing and public officials will not be present.
The neighborhood meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. Due to the
current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, the City of Meridian has given us permission and
encouraged us to hold a virtual neighborhood meeting. The meeting information below will assist you in
accessing the virtual meeting room, should you choose to participate. If you do not have access to a
computer, the meeting will still be available by calling in to the phone number below via touch-tone
