CC - Neighborhood meeting October 14, 2020 RE: The Vault, Conditional Use Permit Neighborhood Meeting Dear Neighbors, As required by Meridian law, my wife and I are required to hold a public meeting for our neighbors regarding our submission for a Conditional Use Permit to hold a Liquor license at our Cigar Lounge in Old Town. This public meeting will be held at the Vault on: October 22, 2020 at 6PM MST The Vault 140 E Idaho Ave Meridian, ID 83642 As background, we have held a beer and wine license for our location for over 2.5 years. We are NOT a bar. Our patrons enjoying having a drink with their cigar, and we have had zero reports of abuse or issues with Meridian Police Department in the time we have been open. Our commitment is to CONTINUE to be a responsible partner and investor in Old Town Meridian. Please attend the meeting next Thursday if you have any questions. We did attempt to hold this meeting in April, but due to COVID, we were limited in attendance. If you cannot make this meeting, please email me any concerns or support for this. josh vaultl905.com.
