We are not proposing a 3 story product. The buildings in the 24’ wide lots we talked about will be 2-story and have 2-car
garages with a 20’x 20’ parking pad. Each building will be 3-bedrooms, which necessitates the 4 parking
spaces. Attached are 2 elevations of the proposed product. The facades will be updated to match the materials and
finishes previously proposed for continuity throughout the development. Let me know if you have questions.
I am still working on the Firewise plan. It is a bit cumbersome, but will have that to you by morning. Also, I have a
recreation plan for the development that illustrates pedestrian/cycle connections, new fitness equipment pads, etc. I
am trying to get it formatted to match the rest of our submittals. You will receive that shortly.
I believe we have addressed the Commission’s concerns with regard to uniqueness of our development plan,
encouraging healthy lifestyles, an large central open play area with tot lot, and private/public open space at the ends of
the central mews. This will accommodate activities and gatherings for each group of residents. All of this without
parking lots.
