NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City
of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2020 for
the purpose of reviewing and considering the following applications:
Conger Group for a Development Agreement Modification (Inst. #102012598)
to allow the development of an age-restricted community consisting of thirty-four (34)
attached SFR homes instead of offices; a Rezone of approximately 5 acres of land from
the R-4 to the R-15 zoning district; and a Preliminary Plat for 34 residential lots and 8
common lots in the proposed R-15 zoning district for Goddard Creek Subdivision (H-
2020-0092), located in the northwest corner of W. McMillan Road and N. Goddard
Creek Way.
Engineering Solutions for a Preliminary Plat for 94 single family lots, 92
townhome lots, 26 common lots and 3 common driveway lots on 24.54 acres for
Oakwind Estates Subdivision (H-2020-0093), located at 5685 N. Black Cat Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attending the public hearing
at the above-noted time and date. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per
person. Written testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hearing
via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Suite 104, Meridian,
ID, 83642; by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org; by voicemail at 208-288-5607; or by
texting “Comment” to 31996. All testimony and materials received or presented become
property of the City of Meridian as public records and are subject to the provisions of the
