Great report and recommendations! I am writing a letter that addresses;
5. F page seven. We are changing the Driveway to the existing home to 16 feet wide, not 12
feet.
5.J page nine. We will revise landscape plans to include staff recommendations as stated
in report.

Attached is the staff report for the proposed Annexation and Preliminary Plat for Teakwood Place
Subdivision, H-2020-0006. This item is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on October 15, 2020. The
public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail
with any questions.

Mr. Dodson,
First let me say thank you for all of your assistance with this project. I would also like to
thank City Council for allowing us to come back and address the concerns of staff and
gain a recommendation of approval to move forward. I have reviewed the staff report
with my client and we are in agreement with staff report.
We look forward to an approval recommendation from the Planning and Zoning
Commission.
