The Land Group is assisting West Ada School District in developing a new fine arts school at the corner of E Central Dr
and S Stratford Dr. We plan on submitting the CZC Application to City of Meridian on Monday, June 1, 2020 and are
reaching out seek approval of the trash enclosure location & details as requested by the Application Checklist. E Central
Dr is the existing road to the north and there a new road + roundabout being constructed currently to the east of our
site. The attached Site Plan identifies the access route through the proposed site, as well as the trash enclosure location.
We are proposing one 18’x12’ enclosure to accommodate two 3-yd containers (one trash and one recycling). If you
approve of the layout and details, please return the Set with a stamp of approval to complete the Checklist item. Feel
free to reach out to me if you foresee any issues or have questions/comments.
