Doing so will enable IFAA to serve more students and provide a school that is purposely built to suit their needs. The proposed construction is to be built in the north east of the existing site to help utilize the existing infrastructure. Parking is to be in two areas. Faculty and visitors are to park west of the proposed building site in the existing parking lot adjacent to the soccer fields which is being modified to provide the appropriate setbacks. Students are to be park east of the proposed building site adjacent to Renaissance High School in the lot that was previously occupied and vacated by Idaho State University due to their construction of their new Bengal parking lot. The proposed building is to consist of a two story 42,000 SF classroom/administration buildout, and a 18,000 SF performing arts buildout consisting of a 600-seat theater, a black box, and support spaces. Exterior finishes of the proposed construction are durable aesthetically appealing materials that are arranged in a pattern that help represents the arts. This can be seen in the utilization CMU veneers that blend into each other. Additionally, the metal panels specified are to be a two toned, multi-textured arrangement invocative of notes in a music arrangement. Remaining materials will consist of standard storefront/curtain wall with clear glazing. Construction of the project is to be achieved in two phases due to Covids effect on West Ada School Districts budget. Phase 1 is to consist of the classroom/administration buildout as well as site improvements. Phase 2 is to consist of the performing arts buildout and is to be constructed as soon as the funds become available. The design team has provided drawings that reflect this phasing for reviewer¶s clarity. 33 E Broadway Avenue, Suite 102ƔMeridian, Idaho 83642 Phone: (208)884-5533ƔFacsimile: (208) 888-6854ƔWebsite: www.meridaincity.org 2 APPLICATION TYPES Is this application exempt from fees?:Yes Certificate of Zoning Compliance - CZC:CHECKED Does project have prior approval?:No Design Review - DES:CHECKED ADDRESS VERIFICATION Address Verification Permit Number:LDAV-2020-0178 TYPE OF USE PROPOSED Commercial:CHECKED PROPERTY INFORMATION General Location:915 E.
