DES, CZC
LOCATION: Parcel R1966961620
On Lot 16, Block 1 of the Three Corners
Ranch Subdivision located at Locust
Grove & Chinden Blvd
I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Request for Certificate of Zoning Compliance and Design Review to allow 168 sq. ft. shed
for irrigation pumps on Lot 16, Block 1 of the Three Corners Ranch Subdivision. The shed
will consist of Hardie board lap siding with a color scheme utilizing four different earth tone
colors to blend with building elevations approved with the existing development agreement.
The proposal also includes ivy-covered lattice on the north and south sides of the shed as
well as additional landscaping to soften visual impacts. Due to the very small size of this
structure (12’ x 14’), many of the standards of the Architectural Standards Manual were not
applicable.
