Broadway Ave. Meridian, ID 83642 Re: Three Corners Ranch Subdivision Pump Shed To Whom It May Concern: Please find the attached submittal for the Design Review and Certificate of Zoning Compliance Applications. The proposed building is a shed for the irrigation pumps. The shed is approximately 168 sq. ft. The subject site will be constructed within the Three Corners Ranch Subdivision approved community. The shed will consist of a Hardie lap siding exterior with one-man door for maintenance access. The roof consists of 30-year asphalt shingles and a hatch roof for pump maintenance. The door and body color are Gray Area (Sherwin Williams 7052), the band color is Useful Gray (Sherwin Williams 7050) and fascia soffit and trim are Adaptive Shade (Sherwin Williams 7053). The asphalt shingles are charcoal and the corbel above the door will be stained Enduring Bronze (Sherwin Williams 7055). Three bronze colored latices will be placed as decorative accents – two located in the back on either side of the vent and one in the front to the left of the door. The shed is located in the West area of the subdivision on a common lot. The landscaping will soften the building by providing the lush plant/tree materials and colors that live growth provides.
