Dear Mr. Hood:
The final plat, plans and application for the Shelburne South — Phase 2 Subdivision are attached for
your review and approval. The Shelburne South Subdivision is located on approximately 27 acres at
4205 East Bott Lane, 4120 East Amity Road and 4320 East Amity Road (the "Project Site"). Shelburne
South—Phase 2 has been designed to include 39 buildable lots for single-family detached homes and
7 common lots. The development includes 15.52% open space with attractive amenities throughout.
The design of the subdivision is in conformance with all requirements and provisions of the UDC and
with acceptable local engineering and survey practices and local standards.
The final plat is in substantial conformance with the preliminary plat and zoning (PP H-2019-0106)
which were approved by Council on March 3, 2020.
