To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is hereby written to confirm that all finished street centerline elevations are set a minimum
of three feet above the highest established normal groundwater elevation.
The test pits drilled on site have an average depth of 12-feet. Groundwater was not observed within
any of the test pits, so it is reasoned that the groundwater table resides below that depth.
