The Shelburne South Subdivision is located on approximately 27 acres at 4205 East Bott Lane, 4120 East Amity Road and 4320 East Amity Road (the "Project Site"). Shelburne South — Phase 1 has been designed to include 59 buildable lots for single-family detached homes and 16 common lots. The development includes 15.52% open space with attractive amenities throughout. The final plat is in substantial conformance with the preliminary plat and zoning (PP H-2019-0106) which were approved by Council on January 16th, 2020.
