Conditions of Approval:
1. Approval to sell RV.s and trailers on the subject site is allowed fiom November 3, 2005 to
November 6, 2005. After such time, the site shall be returned to a clean condition after the
termination of the use, including ftee of debris and garbage.
2. All teIl1porary structures and merchandise shall be displayed so as not to interfere with the clear
vision triangle. In no case shall items be displayed, or business conducted within the public right-of-
way, unless otherwise authorized by the Transportation Authority (ACHO).
3" The use shall not ,result in the construction of any temporary or permanent structures that would
not' otherwise be permitted subject to the regulations of this Title 11 Meridian City Code.
4. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits.
5. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided to serve the use.
6. The use shall not displace the required off-street parking spaces or loading areas of the principal
,petmitted uses on the site. Except for temporarily displacing the parking stalls shown on the site
