Plastic # 1 Water Bottle Container pilot Rachele Klein of Republic Services presented on the logistics on costs to operate a container for the collection of crushable plastic water bottles . The Commission voted to take this program to Council and use CRF money to cover 6 months of cost. 4 . Recycle Collection Frequency Plan Rachele Klein of Republic Services presented on the logistics on costs to operate additional fleet vehicles to accommodate collecting recycling every week. Conversation centered on alternatives to increasing recycle collection frequency at this time . S . Unlimited Cardboard collection options Rachele Klein of Republic Services presented on the logistics on costs to operate additional fleet vehicles to accommodate collecting unlimited recycling. Conversation centered on cities that offer unlimited collection, alternatives to unlimited collection, and increasing advertising about the low cost of an additional recycle cart.
