the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian
will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue,Meridian,Idaho,at the hour of 6:00 p.m.on
Thursday,October 15,2020 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the following applications:
Hesscomm Corp.for Annexation and Zoning of 7.35 acres
of land with an R-8 zoning district and a Preliminary Plat con-
sisting of 22 single-family residential lots and 4 common lots
for Teakwood Place Subdivision (H-2020-0006), located at
1835 E.Victory Rd.
Jim Jewett for a Preliminary Plat consisting of 8 building
