ACHD has completed the review of the school site checklist for the GEM Innovation School. Staff finds the study
acceptable. We do have the following comment for clarification.
1. ACHD will determine the location for future school zone flashers. Flashers should be installed when they are
needed based on pedestrian activity rather than just development on the west side of McDermott Road as
stated in the TIS.
