Melanie Pearson for a Combined Preliminary and Final Plat consisting of 2 building lots on 3.98 acres of land in the R-4 zoning district for Pearson Subdivision (H-2020-0075) and a Development Agreement Modification to allow the development of the property with one additional residential lot and specify the requirements for the connection of city ser- vices to existing and future residential structures AND the ex- tension of the future collector street consistent with the MSM, located at 175 W.Paint Horse Ln.
