NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the
City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at the Meridian City Hall,33 East Broadway Avenue,Meridian,
Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.on Tuesday, October 13, 2020
for the purpose of reviewing and considering the following ap-
plications:
Baron Black Cat,LLC for a Rezone of a total of 23.63 acres
of land for the purpose of reducing the C-C zone from approx-
imately 8 acres to 4.42 acres and increase the R-15 zone from
approximately 15.1 acres to approximately 19.2 acres;a Short
Plat consisting of 2 building lots and 2 common lots on 21.59
acres of land in the C-C and R-15 zoning districts; a Condi-
tional Use Permit for a multi-family development consisting
of 196 residential units on 20.13 acres in the R-15 zone;and
a Modification to the existing development agreements(Inst.
#'s: 106151218; 107025555; 110059432; and 114054272) for
the purpose of removing the subject property from the bound-
aries and terms of previous agreements and entering into a
new one, consistent with the proposed development plan for
Modern Craftsman at Black Cat (H-2020-0022), located in
the northeast corner of N.Black Cat Rd.and W.Chinden Blvd.
(SH 20/26).
Melanie Pearson for a Combined Preliminary and Final
Plat consisting of 2 building lots on 3.98 acres of land in the
R-4 zoning district for Pearson Subdivision (H-2020-0075)
and a Development Agreement Modification to allow the
development of the property with one additional residential lot
and specify the requirements for the connection of city ser-
vices to existing and future residential structures AND the ex-
tension of the future collector street consistent with the MSM,
located at 175 W.Paint Horse Ln.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date.Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.Written testi-
mony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hear-
ing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E.Broad-
