No utilities currently exist within these easements and easement release requests have been submitted to each utility respectively. The property lines and drainage and utility easements currently exist through the area where a proposed building and its parking area will be constructed.To allow for this development, the individual lots will be consolidated, and the internal easements will be vacated.
