A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF THE PLATTED
EASEMENT ON LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 2 OF THE OLSON AND BUSH
INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN A PORTION OF THE
SOUTHEAST y.¡ OF THE SOUTHEAST v.., SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH,
RANGE 1 EAST, BOISE MERICIAN, CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY,
STATE OF IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on August 9,2005, the City Council of Meridian, held a hearing on
the vacation of a portion of the platted easement on Lots I and 2, Block 2 of the Olson
and Bush Industrial Park Subdivision, located in a portion of the Southeast v.. of the
Southeast v.., Section 8, Township 3 North, Range I East, Boise Meridian, City of
Meridian, Ada County, State of Idaho, and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve
said described vacation; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That a portion of the platted easement on Lots I and 2, Block 2 of the
Olson and Bush Industrial Park Subdivision, located in a portion of the Southeast v.. of
the Southeast v.., Section 8, Township 3 North, Range I East, Boise Meridian, City of
VACATION OF PLATTED EASEMENT OLSON & BUSH INDUSTRIAL PARK

Meridian, Ada County, State of Idaho is hereby vacated. Copies of the necessary
relinquishments are attached as Exhibit "A",
Section 2, That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
its adoption and approval.
