Dear Ms. Layton:
At the Board Meeting of 8 September 2020, and after much consideration, the Nampa &
Meridian Irrigation District Board of Directors voted unanimously to deny the request for
sidewalk alignments at the Jocelyn Park Subdivision. This decision was based on
concerns for the District's ability to maintain the Ridenbaugh Canal and the public's
safety.
