However when the first plats come in we are never really sure if there will be additional phases and never comment on the name. Usually the only name comments are when a name is reserved(such as MyBig Sub),and is submitted as MyBig Estates Sub. So,I guess you don't need any additional names then at this point? We will have at least two phases of Oakwind Estates,so it will be Oakwind Estates and Oakwind Estates No.2,since we don't use No.1 anymore,right? Phases 1-7 have already been submitted for The Oaks North. I am unsure of how many phases remain,as we are not the engineer on all of the phases. Oakmore Sub will match your approved preliminary plat and location. Oakwind was changed to Oakwind Estates. While the area does not match the parcel of record since it is all one big parcel at this point,and also includes the area of Oakmore Sub. Since it appears that the owners are not going to use the Oaks North phase names in the balance parcel,now we can discuss what name will be on the final plats for the balance parcel. What do you want to do for this area? Or will this be platted as phases of Oakwind Estates? Glenn: My previous request was backward from the applications actually submitted to Meridian(see attached vicinity maps),and the parcel numbers that previously existed are no longer current. The Oakwind rezone and preliminary plat applications,for the property at the NE corner of McMillan/McDermott,were withdrawn. The Oakmore Subdivision,on Black Cat Road, was approved and has a valid preliminary plat in place at this time. We would like to switch the locations associated with the approved subdivision names,to depict the correct developments as submitted to the City of Meridian. Also attached are.pdfs of the proposed Oakwind Estates Subdivision. The new preliminary plat will encompass this area only of the present parcel and will be developed in two phases. The developer is anticipated to be a subsidiary of Toll ID I LLC or Toll Southwest LLC,the current owner.
