Dear Planning and Zoning Commission:
We, along with our neighbors Jack and Vickie Bartlett, met with Mike Homan and other members of
Homan Land Development on Wednesday,September 9, 2020. The Planning and Zoning Commission
directed Homan Land Development to meet with us at the Thursday,July 9, 2020 meeting.
We discussed how Tara's Landing may proceed under terms that were acceptable to us. Homan Land
Development has expressed their intent to satisfy these concerns so that the project could proceed.
Once we see that these concerns have been addressed, we will be in a position to support the project
and vote in favor of modifying the minimum 1-acre lot size stated in the CC&Rs for our subdivision. Until
that time, we ask that it not be approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, since the CC&Rs have
not been modified by the owners of 75%of the land.
