I apologize, I thought you were in the loop on this one. The project is being vacated from the agenda because the
application has been voided and refunded due to it not being a legal application from the start (outdated neighborhood
meeting before it was even submitted).
The Applicant, Steve Arnold, has not responded to my email outlining the course of action that the City has to take so I
do not have anything from him. We received the direction to do this from Legal.
