I apologize that we did not respond to you yesterday. I wanted to speak with the assigned planner and my staff to understand what happened. When the notice was sent for the Planning and Zoning Commission hearing, we were informed that we received the wrong map. We were sent a corrected map for the notice that was mailed on 9/1/20, but inadvertently pulled the wrong (old) map in to the postcard at printing. We are correcting that today and we will be sending corrected postcards with the correct map, which does not include your property (see below). I sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience, and appreciate you contacting us to inquire. Please contact us with any questions, and expect a new postcard by the middle of next week.
