CC - Affidavit of Publishing 9-22 NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the following applications: LC Development for an 18-month Time Extension on the commercial preliminary plat in order to obtain the City Engineer’s signature on a final plat for Firenze Plaza (TECC-2020- 0002), located at the northwest corner of S. Eagle Rd. and E. Amity Rd. Wendy Shrief, J-U-B Engineers, Inc. for an Amendment to the Future Land Use Map contained in the Comprehensive Plan to change the designation on 18.45 acres of land from Medium Density Residential (MDR) to Medium High Density Residential (MHDR) and Annexation of 18.45 acres of land with an R-15 zoning district for Victory Apartments (H- 2020-0065), located at the southwest corner of S. Meridian Rd./SH-69 and W. Victory Rd. Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attending the public hearing at the above-noted time and date. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hearing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Suite 104, Meridian, ID, 83642; by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org; by voicemail at 208-288-5607; or by texting “Comment” to 31996. All testimony and materials received or presented become property of the City of Meridian as public records and are subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Law.
