Certificate of Zoning Compliance Application Revision Narrative
The Meridian Fire Marshal, Joe Bongiorno, has requested that we provide a fire truck turnaround
at the end of the east parking lot. The revised plan sheets, submitted on 8‐19‐20, reflect a sketch
that Joe has seen and given preliminary approval.
The turnaround has resulted in the elimination of two (2) parking spaces. In order to minimize
the loss, we eliminated some parking landscape islands. The total number of new trees,
however, remains the same.
