It is imperative that you coordinate with ACHD on the access points prior to submitting for this time extension. Additional Meeting Notes: Because this is the second time extension for the plat approved in 2016, it can no longer be approved administratively.A time extension application must be applied for online and it must go through the full public hearing process and be heard by the City Council.This includes the requirements to: post the site at least 10 days prior to the hearing; hold a neighborhood meeting; and be scheduled at least 30 days out for noticing purposes per the requirements in UDC 11-5A-6. Again, it is imperative that you have any issues regarding ACHD right-of-way changes prior to submitting the application.The deadline to submit this application is on or before August Th to ensure the plat does not expire. Note:A Traffic Impact Study(TIS)will be required by ACHD for large commercial projects and any residential development with over 100 units. To avoid unnecessary delays&expedite the hearing process, applicants are encouraged to submit the TIS to ACHD prior to submitting their application to the City. Not having ACHD comments andlor conditions on large projects may delay hearing(s)at the City.
