NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian
will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue,Meridian,Idaho,at the hour of 6:00 p.m.on
Thursday,September 17,2020 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the following applications:
A-Team Land Consultants for Annexation and Zoning of
7.69 acres of land with the R-15 zoning district,a Preliminary
Plat consisting of 50 single-family attached building lots and
8 common lots on approximately 7.6 acres of land in the R-15
zoning district,and a Planned Unit Development for the pur-
pose of reducing the rear setback of the R-15 zoning district
for Compass Pointe(H-2020-0062), located at the southwest
corner of E.Victory Rd.and S.Locust Grove Rd.
Lombard Conrad Architects for a Rezone of 1.77 acres of
land from the I-L to the C-G zoning district for Ada County
Coroner(H-2020-0085),located at 173 N.Touchmark Way.
Providence Properties,LLC for Annexation 126.53 acres
of land with R-8 (99.53 acres), R-15 (8.82 acres) and C-G
(18.17 acres) zoning districts; and a Preliminary Plat con-
sisting of 395 buildable lots [316 single-family residential (94
attached&222 detached),63 townhomes, 14 multi-family res-
idential, 1 commercial and 1 school], 32 common lots and 6
other(shared driveway)lots on 123.26 acres of land in the R-8,
R-15 and C-G zoning districts for Prescott Ridge (H-2020-
0047), located on the south side of W.Chinden Blvd.and on
the east side of N.McDermott Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date.Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.Written testi-
mony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hear-
ing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E.Broad-

presented become property of the City of Meridian as public
