ITS DECISION IN THE MATTER
A Request for Reconsideration dated August 4, 2020 of the above -captioned matter by the appellant
Givens Pursley,LLP was properly filed.
The City Council scheduled the request to be considered at its regularly scheduled meeting on
August 25, 2020 and provided Notice of such to the appellant.
The City Council considered the written request and AFFIRMED its decision as set forth in the
Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision and Order dated July 21, 2020.
An affected person aggrieved by the final decision in this matter may seek judicial review as
provided by chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code.
By action of the City Council at its regular meeting held on the25th`day of August, 2020.
