First of all it seems confusing when a search for teakwood is initiated the first one to show is a development
East of Eagle road, there should not be two different teakwood developments on Victory road this is a public
safety issue. If you don’t think it is a problem just look back at the first announcement for the hearing for this
teakwood, the name needs to be changed. Second, all the notes and discussions from the previous hearings
need to be available for a longer period of time prior to the next hearing. Third, there was way too much
discussion about the property to the East, which has no connection to this teakwood development, this
development needs to stand on its own merits and not rely on what happens to other properties that are not
in anyway associated with this development. Four, you need to listen to what the home owners from the West
are saying about drainage issues, that needs to be addressed, finally all ditches and drainage need to remain
intact so it does not effect other properties in the area.
