I would like to comment on the Teakwood 2020 0006. I read the minutes from July 16 meeting. I was amazed of the amount of discussion concerning my families property to the east of this development. What the pathway does depends on us, where the stub street turns around depends on us or if I understand correctly whether it stays a road or turnaround depends on what we do ,and the sidewalk in front of Richardson house is where our drainage is for our parcel is located. We spent a lot time with achd trying to get this fixed. I don’t know what achd did once it got to Richardson’s place but we were forced to move our ditch for the bridge. There is a parcel on the west side that is not ours but we have a separate parcel on the east side of the development that is part of our farm but is separate parcel. If is confusing please refer to Joe Dodson I do not have the right to use any canal banks for my personal use unless it is within my property lines or unless to turn on a headgate for irrigation. We have been here for 80 years or so and we don’t have the use of canal banks unless it is on our property and then we only use it for irrigation purposes!! Canal district claims 80 ft on eight mile and the bureau of lands claim 90 ft on the eight mile equal both sides from center of middle line. I wasn’t aware that the canal easements had changed. My family still has concerns about the future impact on our property Thank you, Mary Dechambeau 1
