Broadway Street Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Baraya Subdivision No. 6 Final Plat Submittal Dear Honorable Mayor and City Council Members, On behalf of Challenger Development, Inc., this letter is to accompany the Final Plat submittal for Baraya Subdivision No. 4. The original Preliminary Plat(PP-06-062) was approved on July 10, 2007 and extended several times until January 10, 2017. Baraya Subdivision No. 1 was recorded on December 12, 2016. Baraya Subdivision No. 2 was recorded on September 18, 2018. Baraya Subdivision No. 3 was recorded on August 3, 2019. Baraya Subdivision No. 4 was recorded on July 7,2020. Baraya Subdivision No. 5 is in process with an anticipated recordation of spring 2021. The submitted final plat on 4.50 acres for 39 building lots and 2 common lots in an R-15 zone substantially conforms to the original Annexation(AZ-06-061), Preliminary Plat (PP-06-062) and Development Agreement (#107123289)recorded for the site and meets all the requirements thereof. The submitted final plat, development plans, and landscape plans conform to the UDC and all applicable engineering, architectural, and surveying practices and local standards.
