Broadway Street Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Baraya Subdivision No. 5 Final Plat Submittal Dear Honorable Mayor and City Council Members, On behalf of Challenger Development, Inc., this letter is to accompany the Final Plat submittal for Baraya Subdivision No. 4. The original Preliminary Plat(PP-06-062)was ` approved on July 10, 2007 and extended several times until January 10, 2017. Baraya Subdivision No. 1 was recorded on December 12, 2016. Baraya Subdivision No. 2 was recorded on September 18,2018. Baraya Subdivision No. 3 was recorded on August 3, 2019. Baraya Subdivision No. 4 was recorded on July 7, 2020. The submitted final plat on 12.38 acres for 61 building lots and 10 common lots in an R- 15 zone substantially conforms to the original Annexation(AZ-06-061), Preliminary Plat (PP-06-062) and Development Agreement (#107123289)recorded for the site and meets all the requirements thereof. The submitted final plat, development plans, and landscape plans conform to the UDC and all applicable engineering, architectural, and surveying practices and local standards.
