Subject:Opposed to zoning change on Meridian and SW corner of Victory
To whom it may concern,
My name is Michael Stevens. I am a resident of Fall Creek since 2017. I’m writing in regards to the proposed
zoning change on Meridian and the SW corner of Victory. There are many concerning reasons to oppose this
zoning change.
1. There are at least 3 high density apartment complexes already constructed or being constructed in the
surrounding area. And one is right across the street from the proposed site. Let’s use this land to beautify and
diversify the area.
2. Schools for this area are already at capacity. Adding so many new residents along with all the new single
family homes already being constructed is only going to hurt the students/teachers already here with
overcrowding.
3. Traffic in that area is already nearly unbearable. It seems unreasonable to add so much more traffic with no
traffic plan or foresight of the problems it will cause.
4. There are many communities and homes in this area that are $500k+. This could have a negative impact on
the current residents property values.
I am fully opposed to re-zoning this area Thanks for your consideration.
