CITY OF MERIDIAN RESOLUTION NO. 20-2223
BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BERNT, BORTON, CAVENER,
HOAGLUN, PERREAULT, STRADER
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN,REAPPOINTING DAVE WINDER TO SEAT 4 AND DAN BASALONE TO SEAT
9 OF THE MERIDIAN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,pursuant to Idaho Code § 50-2704, Meridian City Code § 1-13-4 charges the full
City Council with appointment of members to the Board of the Meridian Development Corporation;
and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council find that it is in the best interest of the people of
Meridian to reappoint Dave Winder to Seat 4 of the Meridian Development Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council find that it is in the best interest of the people of
Meridian to reappoint Dan Basalone to Seat 9 of the Meridian Development Corporation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY,IDAHO:
Section 1. That Dave Winder is hereby reappointed to Seat 4 of the Meridian Development
Corporation for a term to run through August 31, 2023;
Section 2. That Dan Basalone is hereby reappointed to Seat 9 of the Meridian Development
Corporation for a term to run through August 31, 2023;
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption
and approval.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 18th day of August, 2020.
