The Cobalt, Wayfinder and New Market (and Navigator) 47-foot collector street section noted above, as proposed for TM Center, has been approved by ACHD. - In fact, the Wayfinder collector segment between the roundabouts is under construction and will be completed by mid-September—without on-street parking and with 5- and 8-foot detached sidewalks. Bottom Line: We want to resolve—with staff—the conflict between the TMISAP and the “actual” collector roadway system that has been/is being constructed at the expanded Ten Mile Crossing project.
