Cherry Lane. Raisin’ Angels LLC will be providing childcare services for students from the following schools: Peregrine, Chaparral, Ponderosa, Barbara Morgan, and Doral Academy. The proposed use is subject to all previous conditions of approval associated with this site (RZ-02-003 (Rezone); CUP-02-027 (Conditional Use Permit; Cup-05-032 (Conditional Use Permit); MI-05-005 (Miscellaneous Application ); CZC-07-0136 (Certificate of Zoning Compliance); CZC-08-0059 (Certificate of Zoning Compliance); CZC-15-065 (Certificate of Zoning Compliance); DES-15-049 (Design Review); A-2015-0067 (Certificate of Zoning Compliance); A-2020-0047 (Certificate of Zoning Compliance)). You and/or your assigns have the continuing obligation to meet the specific use standards for the proposed use as set forth in UDC 11-4-3-9: Daycare Facility. Please contact Building Services and the Meridian Fire Department for specific permit and code requirements. The applicant, Director, or a party of record may request City Council review of a decision of the Director. All requests for review shall be filed in writing with the Planning Division of the Community Development Department on or before September 2, 2020, within fifteen (15) days after the written decision is issued, and contain the information listed in Unified Development Code (UDC) 11-5A-6B. If City Council review of the decision is not requested, the action of the Director represents a final decision on a land use application. You have the right to request a regulatory taking analysis under Idaho Code 67-8003.
